"I called PEC floors, based on their positive reviews on multiple "review" websites. I needed them tio do an epoxy/flake floor topping on my Brooklyn basement floor which was just old raw concrete. Their communication, Jonathan especially, was excellent, throughout the job. Even when unexpected problems in timing occurred, there was excellent communication from Shay. The issue was resolved and work was completed as originally scheduled. Their price was what I considered fair and the work was done on time, on budget and in a professional manner. Have been doing this work for over 30 years with experience in all areas of construction from plumbing, heating, electric and even tile work. We also do window work, exterior like vinyl siding/cement work and stone work as well. I do this work myself, with help of a couple employees when needed due to my meticulous and handy craftsmanship and constant need of getting the work done quickly without losing accuracy or workmanship.
