His design was creative and we were able to get the necessary components – cabinets, quartz counter-top, appliances, etc. – at reduced prices. The workmanship was excellent. The plumber and electrician that Dave used were also top-notch. My fuse box was upgraded to circuit breakers and, as a side job, my bathroom sink was replaced with one I could actually use. The work was completed quickly as promised with the only delay being caused by the wait for delivery of my stove and microwave. I strongly recommend Dave if you want a beautiful remodel done quickly at a reasonable cost."

"The Arta team is fantastic. They were on schedule every single day of our 3 month renovation (we brought the entire interior of the upstairs down to the studs). Their specific attention to detail left me confident at the end of every day that things would be done correctly and on schedule. We installed really high end furniture, fixtures and materials which they treated with care. Andy knew right away what was possible for our renovations, he was super clear with how things would go, what would be done and when. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and that all our needs were being met. When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. "There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing this team is. Mateo, Jose and his team are just wonderful, we were sooo lucky to have found them!! We hired them to gut renovate our new home. Firstly, they price fairly and they do try to work out an honest and fair contract by working within our budget. Secondly, we gave them a check list of renovations we wanted and they fulfilled each and every single one of them to the end. They really take the time to do a high quality job the right way, for example, we needed new kitchen floors, so they first removed all the old flooring and then setup and leveled the subfloor to install the new tiles correctly. Any job they do, they do it the right way, without shortcuts! The result was beautiful and strong new floors that will last a really long time. Also their attention to detail is so great, if they cut a tile, they make sure it is straight and has no faults, if they are covering gaps then they will cover it all without missing one spot. Their work is so organized, and careful and neat. They are also very punctual, they always show up on time and leave on time without missing a day. Their communication is superb, anytime time I contacted them I always recieved a reply with a solution to our problem. They are also great at offering recommendations and advise, like picking out a tub or choosing a shower system. Also they have connections to kitchen cabinet or flooring services if needed. Overall me and my family couldn’t be any happier to have found these guys, they made our look truly sooo beautiful. They are truly amazing and wonderful and sooo helpful, we completely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation!!!"

We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. "Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly.
