Professional Appliance was reassigned and have cancelled and rescheduled 4 times on me now. What a joke. I've been without a dishwasher for 6 months. I would have been better off just getting a new one from the beginning."

"This visit was just a fall check up. But I purchased the units from them going on 5 years ago and they have since given me great service. I took their maintenance policy, which was very affordable . Their techs (Justin) are great. Very knowledgeable and give helpful hints to get the most from my units. Having delt with other companies through the years. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
