"They came out to replace the water heater about in Spring 2023. They replaced it and I had it inspected. It failed inspection. The plumber came back out after I told them and corrected it. I asked the plumber how to get it re-inspected. Are they contacting the inspector or am I supposed to? She said she would take photos and send it to the inspector. I eventually called their line asking the same question as I did ever not get anything regarding a second inspection or a sticker to validate it was inspected. I never heard back. I feel like it should not be my job to be on them to do their job. It's what they have a boss for. Regardless, it was not handled. I recommend you find someone more reputable than them that will finish the job. No inspection sticker for me despite paying for it. "

Had to call the office to get a response. When Josh came out to repair his work, he blamed the drain and stated he followed manufacturers recommendations. I didnâ t agree and he agreed with me . I told him just to fix and he got upset and walked off the job.He gave me my check back when he walked out. The entire time he was there he used foul language. Upon further inspection, it was found that Josh used the wrong washers . I repaired the leaks myself. Tried calling the office several times after with no response from the owner. ."
