"We suffered water damage to the hickory floor in our home after the storms of January & February 2023. We contacted Clark’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. for help. We were very happy with Clark’s through all phases of refinishing, from the initial estimate through job completion. Their estimate was significantly lower than a competitor’s bid, their office staff was delightful to deal with, and their refinishing crew was superb. Our refinishing crew was Jorge (lead) and Nidiro. Jorge let us know exactly what to expect and when, which helped us plan our own activities around the job. They used the “atomic dust-free system” to sand off the old finish. It really was dust free! They were thorough and meticulous in everything they did. And, although the old finish was removed completely along baseboards and in every nook and cranny, our baseboards were not even nicked! Every flaw in the floor was meticulously addressed. These guys were excellent craftsmen! Because we had had issues in front of the kitchen sink, at Larry Moreno’s suggestion the new finish was completed with Traffic Commercial Grade polyurethane. The result was stunning! Our hickory floor looks better than ever before! We are thrilled with the results! All our interactions with Clark’s have been excellent! We recommend them highly!"

"Joe and staff did a great job installing flooring and carpet. The crew was professional and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend Five Star Floors to family or friends."

"I have only good things to say about working with J. Brent Baker Flooring. My floors look wonderful and everything stayed on schedule and on budget. The owner went out his way to make sure my family understood the scope of the job and was happy with the work. He has a wealth of knowledge about how to care for the refinished floors and helped us secure materials to move our piano back in place without damaging the newly refinished floors. I have already recommended him to friends and family who are refinishing their floors. His company does quality work and Brent proved to be someone we could trust to take good care of our home."

"I'm very glad to have chosen Budget Flooring for this job. I received multiple quotes from different contractors but felt most comfortable with Budget Flooring. I was very impressed with Vlad and Devan as they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Vlad provided the quote in a timely manner and kindly made adjustments based on my material preferences. The demo and installation went very fast...taking only 4 days to complete everything. The installers were fantastic. They were highly skilled, considerate, and very hard-working. I would definitely recommend Budget Flooring for any of your flooring needs."

"When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. He built so much trust in my dealings with him that I happily accepted his promise. I recommend Mr. Straus both for

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"Carlos not only removed old carpet but repaired cracks in cement underflooring then did a beautiful job installing the new vinyl plank flooring. And went out of his way to pick up the new flooring and baseboards. Carlos goes out of his way to ensure the job is well done and his customers are happy from start to finish. We are really happy with our new floors and highly recommend Carlos."

"We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices. The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project was completed within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects."
