"The plumbers from Superior Plumbing were excellent. They replaced and rerouted water pipes, changing from galvanized to copper pipes. The sewer lines in our house were repaired. They also replaced an aging hot water heater. The technicians arrived on time, worked diligently through the day, and were efficient. We added on the sewer repair which added an additional day. All work was completed within four days. I am impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. The technicians were tidy and removed all our old materials including the hot water heater. I would recommend Superior Plumbing and Drainage Co without hesitation."

"Tyler was very courtesy and informative. He was able to locate the issue of the high water bill and was able to provide a resolution quickly. He was very professional and reliable."

"The plumbers showed up on time, were very courteous and polite. They advised me of all the small problems that came up before just fixing it. After they left a plasterer came in and repaired all of the holes in the walls to change out the plumbing. I had minimal problems and would surely recommend this company.

"Javier and Angel came out and snaked the drain after going under the house and verifying that the laundry drain was actually 2" and not 1.5". They also provided me with pictures of where the cast iron and galvanized sewer pipe under the house has previously been spliced with ABS and gave an estimate of what it would cost to replace all the old sewer lines. They did not push that work on me, though -- they said the lines still looked good for now. They stuck around to wait for the washer to complete a rinse cycle to make sure the problem was solved, which I appreciate."

"It was excellent, they were on time, the crew is very efficient and friendly."

"Three men were sent to get everything cleaned up in a day. They also arranged for the plumber to go and make the pipe repair the next morning so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for more than one day. They did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing the area."

"I was excited about getting the new brass faucet replacement (this was a special offer with the water heater check) because my existing one had been leaking badly for a long time.  It worked for a couple of weeks and then started leaking again.  I called them up and they came out to fix it under warranty.  They replaced it with a better quality faucet type at no charge.  It's been a few weeks, and so far, so good!
