They always answered my questions, but I just never received written documentation of what I would be paying for other than a 1 or 2 line statement. Ex:) I only need one piece of flashing replaced, and they quoted me for all 4 pieces surrounding the door. Those other 3 pieces aren't' damaged, so I just wanted to know why they felt all 4 pieces needed replaced-but I'm not going to waste my time chasing that info. It should have been provided in the 1st estimate since it was additional work. They also added a cost for a sliding bath seat that my grandmother said she never even asked for, and after I reviewed the specs I realized it's free standing and doesn't need to be installed.
