"If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. I had wall anchors installed on four walls and waterproofing. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to get the job done CORRECTLY! I can’t speak highly enough for Matthews Wall Anchor! If I ever needed any type of this work done again I wouldn’t call anybody else. Please listen to my review and seriously consider them if you need any of their services. "I had arranged for the serviceman to come to the house several times but, due to my own schedule, I had to re-schedule several times without problem.  When the serviceman arrived, he spent at least an hour on the roof (with me), inspecting the shingles, the rubber membrane,, and the flashing.  He also went inside the house and inspected all the ceilings to observe if there was evidence of water damage.  The roof was in excellent shape, he said, but he offered to use special sealant to smooth out the rubber membrane seams in order to preclude any water incursion in the future.  The serviceman took time with me to answer all questions I had.  This was certainly a very good investment on my part.  He suggested that I give him a call in a couple years for another inspection.  Because I had had many roof problems over the years due to the fact I have both sloped and flat roofs, I will be calling this company again for another inspection. <br />"

"I called to check into a new vent less gas heater. They sent a service guy and told me it would be $89.00. A week later I received a bill for $134.06. I called and talked with the lady in the office whose name is Rae.. She told me that she would charge me $90.00. I asked are you sure I only owe you $90.00. Rae said yes. I put a check in the mail for $90.00. Today Rae called me about the $90.00 I mailed. She said that is not the correct price and that I owe them an additional $5.45. I let Rae know that she previously told me I owe $90.00. Rae said that amount did not include tax. Nothing had been mentioned about tax so how was I to know. So now I will be mailing an additional $5.45, what an inconvenience."
