"I hired them to excavate and pour 42" footings and a slab for a new garage. They did a great job and communicated well during the entire process (we did have some weather delays). They also did a great job of keeping the job site clean during the entire process. The cement is square, pitched properly, and looks great! I have already recommended them to friends. I will use them again for future jobs."

"They were very good, and were the most affordable. Tony was very knowledgeable, and did a very nice job sealing it because they also had to seal the concrete against my brick wall, and actually did it beveled so it'd look nice."

"All work was done and looks great. Michael and team were able to cut out the old heaved garage floor, create a new base, re-pour and add controlled cuts to alleviate future uncontrolled cracking. The crumbling front porch was taken out, and a new porch and poured steps were installed. When the team found that the foundation did not need to be redone a reduction in the quoted price was given. Great team that went above and beyond. I would definitely hire again for future concrete work."

"Awesome to work with. Owner James Williamson takes a very hands on approach from initial proposal throughout the job.
He is very responsive and keeps in touch as the project progresses and is a man of his word.
Our home is of the historic type & they did a great job of matching up the mortar color. I would work with them again.

"Upon calling Dario for an estimate, he was very prompt when coming to our home at the scheduled time for an estimate. They were very competitive among the 3 estimates we collected for the job. We were instantly appreciative of Dario's knowledgeable but non overbearing, nonopinionated nature. Of the 3 bidders, he was the most willing to listen to what WE wanted and not push us toward his specialty or personal preference. We wanted a hand troweled swirl finish on our patio and walkway with the intent to follow with an acid stain and sealer to finish. We found many contractors would no longer consider hand troweling due to being so labor intensive and would rather push us toward stamping. They were more than willing...they even suggested. They were willing to add a 6" border to our patio to add decor as well. They are obviously skilled at their craft. They did have to schedule our project a day later than originally scheduled, but actually got to our project a week earlier than initially predicted...so no harm done. They worked hard and dedicatedly until finished...and the hand troweling looked exhausting! They worked around rainy conditions and we appreciated them not wanting to chance any rain damage. They prepped/framed everything in one day and poured everything in one day. They then came back a few day after curing to cut the joints and wash. They originally thought it would take 2 days to pour, but worked from dawn until dusk to pour all in one day since we had to wait a bit longer for the pour due to wet weather. We have been very happy with the finished product, and it has now been 6 weeks. Overall, they were professional, skilled, hard working individuals. We found them to be very reasonably priced, as well. We would hire them again and recommend to others. Thank you for the fine work!

"I've had Rick out to my house twice to quote me for siding. I have found him to be very honest and have the most intregrity of the 3-4 for siding contractors that have come out to quote me. The first time he came out he recommended I find a handyman to repair my existing siding. He was of the opinion that we could buy ourselves a few more years with the repair work of a good handyman and then re-side down the road. I planned on taking advice until we found mold and my wife became concerned that there was mold behind out siding. I asked RIcked to come back out and quote me for vinyl siding, gutters, and aluminum trim. He gave me the best quote of any other siding contractor. He also really made me feel like I could trust the work and quality of A-1. We are still undecided if we will reside this year or a few years down the road but when we do we will almost certainly go with A-1 Roofing and Siding"

"Very professional and courteous. Did have some delay due to wet weather and the city made more demands than expected. It was a total of 3 days to implement. Results were outstanding. Price was higher than most but not as high as a few. Elected not to go with low bidder. The concrete was injected with fibers which is more costly and is supposed to make the cement stronger."
