"Roy did a great job at a fair price. à ¦ We hired Roy to take down a double deck that was storm damaged and rebuild the covered porch /decking and new balcony.. Roy was able to salvage material for reuse which lowered our cost. He started the job as promised and finished in a timely manner. We had a little bump in the road but Roy addressed it promptly to our satisfaction. We would hire Roy for future jobs."

"Ron returned our initial call the same day and an appointment for an estimate for a deck renovation was set for the next day. He arrived on time and provided us verbally with a detailed list of the services he would perform and 2 prices...in the spring and right now. This was followed up the next day with a detailed written estimate listing exactly what he had verbally said. We choose to have the job done soon and Ron said they could start the following Monday at 8am. He and his crew showed up on time that Monday and we were introduced to each member of the crew. Throughout the whole project Ron and each member of the crew were courteous and polite whenever we had an interaction with them. Ron never failed to respond to my many questions and was accommodating whenever we made a change to plans as the job progressed. His suggestions when we were stuck on a detail were always well thought out and showed his vast knowledge of decks, railings and fences. The job was completed as on time as the weather allowed and was done to the exact details of the original contract and the few additions/modifications made along the way. The quality of the work done was excellent and we are extremely pleased with our renovated deck and privacy fencing around the pool. "I originally bought an Angie's List Big Deal offered by Complete Painting. When Scott came over to get a look at the job he seemed very professional so I decided to get an estimate for several other rooms to be painted. Scott spent a significant amount of time helping me decide what exactly I wanted to do with each room during the walk-through. The price seemed very fair so I accepted it on the spot and he put me on the schedule for the following week. In the meantime I mentioned to Scott that I was having a bit of a problem with our local paint store. He immediately and effortlessly took over matching all the colors I had chosen and purchased them for me in all the correct finishes, quantities and custom mixes. This was a big help! When he arrived right on time with his team of 4 family members they got right to work prepping everything. All I had to do was move my personal effects and they took care of the rest - removal of electrical plates, moving or covering everything. Working as a team things moved along quickly. They were able to paint 2 story walls including one being a staircase as well as the trim of skylights without any trouble or drama. I had more than one painter tell me it couldn't be done. I have had many projects done here in the Albany area and I can say it is rare to have a job very well done at a very fair price by friendly and professional people. They were even great with my 3 big dogs who didn't exactly make their job any easier! I would definitely call on Complete Painting again and i actually expect them to come back soon for more work to be done!
