He was late on another job but couldn't be bothered to even call me. I tried to reschedule for later that week but they couldn't for another 4 weeks. I contacted BDI late October 2018, worked out a contract with Keri and Leo to remove existing bulkhead, dispose of it, and replace it with a custom steel bulkhead that is primed and painted. In addition, the old stairs would be removed, disposed of, and replaced with custom built stairs that are up to code. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the project. Both bulkhead and stairs were completed late December 2018, due to weather constraints and BDI's heavy workload. The people completing the work were friendly and great about answering questions I had about the process. I am very pleased with the end product--plus, the bulkhead and stairs look great. I've included pictures of both the bulkhead and stairs before and after BDI finished the project."
