"They left gaps and installed small pieces of wood in the stairs instead of a sole step in each step section when I asked them to come and inspect the job the inspector started jumping in the stairs stating they were sturdy. Now that the season changes all the wood has expanded and compress and look awful $10K in the trash. Had to get another vendor to repair the problem. Empire doesn?t do the job they hired little mom?s and pop?s contractor to do the job"

"We bought floor tile from Home Depot but the installation company they use would not install the tile because of heating vents that had to be removed first. We removed the vents and sent pictures to the installer, but they still would not do the installation. Erick from Floor Coverings International called me and and came to my house that night to look at the floor. He said he had no problem with the vents and would be able to have someone install the tile the next day. They did an excellent job."

"The installers were very hard working. They did not do one of the corners correctly and part of this floor is a piece of raw wood which moves around and is a safety hazard. I have lung cancer and because o0f my current chemo and radiation sessions I'm having a hard time coordinating my health care with the installers"
