McShane Home improvements was opened in 1994. Currently there are three of use working full time. My Father a licenced electrician also works partime. We do use subcontractors for Plumbing, plastering and insulation. All other services are completed in house.

I use sub-contractors for big jobs. I get help when needed for jobs that require more than one worker. I myself work every job I do not sub smaller jobs out only framing, electrical, plumbing,etc on big jobs. Payment is set up according to job,payment in form of check or cash.
