"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

They have very high standards and are not satisfied until everything is done properly. They are very neat and tidy and clean up every day before they leave the job. They are very pleasant and cheerful to have around. They say they do everything and I had them do everything from replacing my roof, pressure washing my house and deck, staining my deck, removing the popcorn from my ceilings and painting them, remodeling my bathroom, refinishing my wooden front door, replacing and painting metal doors, cleaning and putting mesh on my gutters, and washing my windows inside and out. Everything was done to my satisfaction and their perfection. They are located in Havelock, but they travel in all directions including Carteret and Onslow counties to work which is excellent. I live in Cape Carteret where it is difficult to get people to work as they are still busy with Hurricane repairs. Spencer Custom Construction is fair, honest and trustworthy.
