"We had been experiencing increasing amount of water in our finished basement. We contacted the company and within a few days they came for an inspection. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"I contacted Hoover and they had an electrician out the same day, within an hour or two of my scheduling call. The great service did not stop there. The electrician they sent, JNathan, was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and very personable. He did a whole home electrical inspection and provided me a list of things that are in great shape, things that are nearing end of life, and things that need to replaced immediate. He did not try to upswell me on anything. My request had to do with a single faulty outlet that I needed changed and he performed the work very quickly and ran all tests right in front of me. He explained exactly what happened and advised on how I can avoid the issue in the future. "I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. "They did a nice job on our deck. It was a real tough job and they did a nice job. We're on the water and it's not against the house or anything, it's only against a sea wall that moves. It was quite a complex configuration, and it was 80 feet across. They're good. I would bring them back again. I liked their communication and the fact that they were flexible. I like the overall quality of their work. If there was something I didn't like, they addressed it or adjusted it."
