"We couldn’t be happier with our new 11' x 18' covered patio! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. The project included relocating our sprinkler system, pouring new concrete, building the covered patio, and installing new gutters. The finished product looks fantastic and has added so much to our home. The crew was professional, punctual, responsive, and respectful of our property throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, kept the work area clean, communicated well, and paid attention to the details. Their cleanliness and professionalism really stood out, and it was clear they took pride in their work. The entire project was handled smoothly, and we truly appreciate the quality of the workmanship and the effort put into making sure everything turned out right. Our new covered patio is exactly what we wanted, and we’re looking forward to enjoying it for years to come! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality outdoor improvements"

"Responsive. Kept to their timelines. No hidden extras. Our enclosure is nicer than we had hoped. They did a really good job. Good materials"

"I am very pleased with All Shades of Texas. They were very professional and the workmanship is great. I love my screened in patio! Being able to open the door and get fresh air on nice days without dealing with bugs is awesome. I am very happy and would highly recommend this company for anyone planning to add a screened in patio."

"JoseLuis and his crew were awesome to work with. They were very patient and didn't pressure us into hiring them over other companies. They built our patio/ sunroom from a foundation on up, into a beautiful new addition to the house. Whenever we questioned a particular concern, they would accommodate and make the changes we requested. I highly recommend Joseluis and his crew with Unlimited Guys 4 Rent. We both share the trust we have in the Lord Jesus."

"Ely and team did a great job on demolition of my old patio and deck and the building of a concrete stamped patio. Not everything went to plan but Ely worked to solve any problem that did arise. His team was professional, efficient, prompt, and kept the worksite clean. Ely over communicated to make sure we were happy. The project was on time and on budget. As someone who has previously worked with poor contractors on home projects, Ely and team were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Ely and CQS for any project!"

"The service was fast and professional. My floors look great and the roof looks good."

"We are completely satisfied with each aspect of our build. They worked with our HOA and mortgage company, who were both extremely difficult, to make my concept of a garage/shop a reality. Bordeaux has quality contractors from land clearing and the foundation to the builders, roofers, electricians and finishing the exterior. I cannot say enough good things about our experience."

"We met Felicia from Integrated Outdoor Designs at the San Antonio Home and Garden Show, and they were the first deck builder we scheduled for a consult. Upon meeting with Kyle and seeing the plan he designed for our deck. we contracted with them that day. We were hesitant to build a composite deck because we heard they get very hot in the sun. Kyle explained that the Timbertech decking they use is more heat resistant. Sure enough, I can walk barefoot on the beautiful Timbertech decking in the San Antonio Summer Sun. Mike, the Project Manager, stayed on top of the entire building process, answered all our questions, and kept us apprised of the building status. He made the deck-building experience a pleasant one, and ensured we were satisfied with the finished project. The building crew was hard working, professional, and courteous. Now we have a relaxing retreat right outside our back door. If I had it to do over, I'd hire Integrated Outdoor Designs again."

"The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."
