"We had Champion Windows installed and after 2 years there will is $99 plus(inflation) for service to be performed. The contract speaks of unlimited seal failures which do not cover any sealant issues. Anytime after the 2 years be prepared for the service department and the installation team to fight you on fixing your issues. The lady that was scheduling my maintenance pretty much came up with every reason possible that cause have caused the leak besides poor labor practices. The installation team told me that poor cleaning and possibly the glare from my neighbors house window could melt the caulking. I would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone. The failure of their caulking job has caused water to leak inside of our house which has now become our problem. Windows should have more than a 2 warranty on labor, if it is a good product. Windows and doors are major seals for any home. I should not have to constantly worry about sealant melting or eroding in a few years. Champ"

I was in dire need of a new home roof and Trinity was one of my original contacts. I was personally impressed with Adrienne when I first met and talked to her; she climbed on top of my two-story roof, along with her roof inspector. Their inspection was performed prior to my actual insurance company’s roof inspection. Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate to call Trinity Roofing & Restoration for any of my future exterior and interior home projects!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"
