"Problem was dryer was shutting down 10 seconds after starting, every time. <br /> Repair person was here on time and went directly to work. <br /> After a bit he decided to cut off the power and turn it back on. That seems to have fixed it b/c there is a computer board in the dryer. <br /> He did not mind my getting in his way to remove tons of lint that had accumulated around the inside of the machine. <br /> He was friendly but working constantly. <br />"

The new shelf arrived quickly and I did not have to go through hoops to get it handled, it was wonderful. They even followed up to make sure it went well. "The bearing on the washing machine was going out. It started leaking. There was greasy brown water leaking out the bottom. I called one of the providers listed on Angie's list, and, though I'm sure they would have done a great job, they recommended I replace the entire inner tub, bearing and shaft, for the price of about $650. (I had seen on YouTube that the shaft alone could be replaced.) I called Preacher's (Luck's Heating and Cooling), and he said he could replace the shaft and bearing alone, and had never had to replace the entire tub. He ordered the part, and called me two days later. He came immediately to the house, and within an hour the machine was fixed. It cost $185 (115 for the part and 70 for the labor). I was able to hose off the outside of the tub and some other parts while he was fixing the bearing. It was easy. The machine should smell a lot better now as well. We are currently running a cycle to see if everything works ok. So far, so good. A shout-out goes to Angie's list for helping me find a "A" rated repair man! I would definitely call this guy again. <br />"

"very fairWe called at 9:00, they said they would try to work us in between 11:00 and 1:00. At 11:00 they called ask if it would be ok to come in 1/2 hour. they came, checked it out, saw that it had worn out parts. he went to the truck, called and found the parts necessary locally and said he would be back in 1/2 hour. Was right on time, installed the new part, gave the rest of the refrigerator a check over and was apologetic that it cost so much to fix, but we considered it was .. we were very pleased with professionalism, speed of service and friendliness! <br />"
