"Deck Guardian (DG) removed my old 600+ square-foot two-level deck and in its place constructed a new one using a similar layout. DG hauled away the old materials. I am completely satisfied with my new deck, which surpassed my expectation. I would rehire them for similar work and highly recommend DG to others. My only change is that I would require notice from DG before DG placed materials or a dumpster in my driveway. I was trapped in my garage for a day until DG made a path for me. This was a minor annoyance. During the sales process, a salesperson made stylistic recommendations, such as light-colored floorboards outlined with a darker color, which I accepted. He provided a detailed contract with pricing. Before the start of construction, I settled on a payment schedule for the contract. DG handled the permit process with my township. To begin the work, DG prepared a new blueprint. The upper surfaces of the deck were Trex materials and metal railings supported by a lumber base. I expect that this more expensive choice of surface materials will be maintenance-free. During the work, I could call or send email to the project manager and talk with him immediately or receive a call-back the same day. The two men who built the deck were meticulous and perfectionists. They courteously answered all my questions during construction. DG completed the deck within the time frame set out in the contract. They cleaned up all materials after they finished with construction."

"I had K&X gut renovate two bathrooms and partition bedroom including building a new walk-in closet. I made it clear to them that I am picky :) and I expected professional work. They did an amazing job and I will use them again next year for a kitchen remodel."

"Adam was great to work with. He had a great idea for my sliding door replacement. We also had him replace some windows as well. He was always there when he said he would be, and communicate very well throughout the process. I will definitely use him for future projects."

"Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"

"Nixon and his crew called or emailed me before they arrived ,to power wash our deck and answered any questions in a timely manner. They were very articulate and left the area clean when they completed their work. My husband and I would highly recommend them."

"We recently had a fantastic experience with Jim / OHI. They built us a beautiful new deck and installed a patio door, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. When we ran into unexpected building and zoning issues with the town, they were incredibly flexible and worked with us to adjust the project. Instead of the larger deck we originally planned, they created a stunning patio in that space, which turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, and the results have transformed our backyard. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend OHI to anyone considering a deck or patio project."

"Jose did an excellent job replacing our deck. He was responsive during the design phase and once the build began, he and his team were efficient, neat and professional throughout the process. The deck is better than we had imagined and Jose and his team's skill and professionalism are evident in the final product. I would highly recommend LVA Carpentry and we plan to use them again for future projects."

"Applied sun screen film to inside of large front storm window of my home. Good work."

"Very professional, great customer service. Worked and cleaned my 34 windows in my house and did an excellent job. Great work ethic which is not common in young men his age today. I will definitely hire him back next year to clean my solar panels."

"Marcello and his team are hands down the best I have ever worked with. Came out and gave estimate quickly, Once we hired he ordered the matrials and had excellent comunication on when to expect work to start. Was at house every morning and even a Saturday. Cleaned up the new deck and yard of all old materials and left everything spotless. We could not be happier with the work and the results. Would HIGHLY recomment getting Marcello and his team to work on your next project."
