"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

Installation was only one day and there was a quality check afterwards. Also appreciated the use of a phone app to stay on top of dates and expectations. Excellent window installation experience. "Fernando and his crew did a beautiful job at our home. We had both exterior and interior work done. Both areas were done extremely well and we are delighted with the results. We had our deck stained and a portion of our foundation painted. We also had our oak floors re-finished but that is an understatement. The floors look like they were newly installed. He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. The product is beautiful and being 25â it drastically reduces the number of overlaps on the house. I highly recommended American House."

"I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. "My husband and I hired Lasting Strength after a very stressful experience dealing with a previous contractor who did a terrible job remodeling our bathroom--specifically a horrible shower tile job. Adam came to our house to give us an estimate within the week and began work three days later. He was extremely detail-oriented and skilled. He and his associate Danny repaired our bathroom tile work and also did our planned kitchen reno. He did all the carpentry/cabinet work in the kitchen and suggested ideas of how to handle some challenging issues in our kitchen. He executed brilliantly on all these things and left our new kitchen looking exactly as we dreamed it would look. He also recommended a skilled electrician and plumber who we worked with for the other aspects of the kitchen renovation.
