"First rate! Arrived on time and worked non-stop until work was finished. Had a water leaks on the ceiling below two bathrooms in the garage, plumbers had to cut out several pieces of sheetrock in order to access the drainpipes. Nixon and his crew replaced the insulation and the sheetrock. They had to work around the garage door opener, the space was very tight. The ceiling looks like new, I am very pleased with the result. Also replaced a missing piece of sheetrock in the wall, and insulated a coldwater pipe without my asking."

"Leo is a great person and came by our house on a sunday to look over the job.  He got the estimate to us rather quickly.  We had to take a vacation and didn't want the work done while we were away so we had to wait a little while to get started, but that was really our fault.   <br /> The work crew was professional and respectful of our property.  They worked very long days to get the job done.   <br /> There were two things that I did not think were done correctly after the crew felt they were done.  I took pictures and sent them to Leo and they came right back out to fix those items.   <br /> I think the price was reasonable (and lower than other estimates I had received).  I also felt that Leo's ideas about how to repair parts of the house were creative and great long term solutions: for our pool house he cut out the rotted wood along the bottom and replaced the very bottom with PVC siding because the bottom of the structure would likely rot again in the future.   <br /> Will definitely call Leo again in the future. <br />"

"Miguel and his team know what they are doing. They did everything right with our kitchen floors and bathroom. They redid everything in the bathroom, from walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and shower. Miguel is an expert and was able to anwser all my questions. He would call back when he saw my missed call. The bathroom is upgraded and my wife and I are enjoying it. I will recommend Miguel and his team for anything you need done."

He built my Pergola and paint job from his worker not great had to come back for do over. Then year later called him and text for him to come look at his work wood splitting and now looking for someone to fix because he doesn?t answer my calls :( you get what you pay for I guess."

"Jeff White might be the best contractor that I have ever hired. I had hired another contractor to install a sliding glass door - and after several postponements lasting a month - the prior contractor stopped returning my calls and e-mails. It was frustrating as the door was sitting in boxes in my garage and I was back to square one. I found Jeff through Home Advisor (first time I used this service) and he called me back within minutes of my contacting him. When I decided that I wanted him to come over to give an estimate - he showed up the same day to look at the job. He then had the written estimate and certificate of insurance to me within days. Terry, his assistant, also contacted me making sure I had received the contract. His crew installed the door shortly thereafter. In addition, they also replace the wood trim work and painted it. There was a small glitch with re-installing the alarm and he promptly fixed it. They cleaned up the work area and got rid of the old door and all the boxes from the new door. Although he had a crew of two men do the actual installation , Jeff showed up both days that they were here to get them started and to answer any of my questions. The door looks great - and it is so much better leading to the deck than sitting in my garage! So happy I found him and will use him again."
