"We have used Remodel Specialists twice. Ten years ago, they remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room, which included a garden tub to huge walk in shower conversion, solid wood built in custom cabinets, and granite countertops. They just finished remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms including tubs, tile, and countertops, as well as replacement of a damaged kitchen cabinet. My primary bathroom and powder room are ten years old but look brand new. No issues whatsoever. Still absolutely beautiful after ten years of daily use. The workmanship in our upstairs bathrooms is fantastic. Once again, the whole process was seamless and a good experience all around. Remodel Specialists is a family owned and operated business. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and reputation. The employees are long term and highly skilled and specialized. Jim Godre, the owner, bids the jobs and is knowledgable and experienced. Their bids are clear and detailed with no hidden surprises. They were great about explaining options, as well as coming up with creative solutions. Communication is perfect. Lori Godre sends daily status emails letting you know who and what to expect. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they’d do. They also clean up and haul off debris everyday. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with. Remodel Specialists previously had their showroom and cabinet shop on Spring Cypress. Don’t stop by this location. They have moved to a new location a couple of miles away. Obviously we’re very happy with the work Remodel Specialists has done for us. They do high quality work for a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so."

Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. Super Floor Store also replaced the flooring in one of our bedrooms and did an equally super job."

"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

"Absolutely AMAZING! The owner of the company is Julio Barron. He arrived on time and from the first moment he listened to what I have in mind and I finished, he walked me through his suggestions. He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen! The job was completed with in the time the owner committed to and the materials used were good quality . The stain was perfect and the workers were very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the ideas we had in mind and had several different creative ideas to offer. We get compliments from our neighbors, family, and friend's on the work that was done from fraziers home repair. I will definitely be calling this company again for the next remodel or repair we need.

"I called maybe 20 providers who found reasons not to do it, until Mr. Halfon asked to send him a picture of the misplaced tiles. We agree fast on the phone and one of his men came to my house after only 2 days to do the work. He was efficient and very hard working. He even agree to go and buy grout to perfectly match the original colour. My floor looks perfect. In general, dealing with this company was very easy, faster than I expected and reasonable priced."
