"I finally needed to replace my 23 year old furnace and was not happy with my current HVAC service provider so I started shopping around. I knew I wanted a Trane system so started at the trane.com website and saw that Roy Rogers was an authorized provider. I read their YP and Angie's List reviews and was impressed with what I saw so I contacted them. Dustin called me back within an hour and by that afternoon was at my door to take a look, answer my questions and provide me with a solution. I compared them to other larger installers and decided I wanted to give them my business. The installation went very smoothly, they were on-time and met every promise. There was a hiccup in the furnace the first night but Roy came right back out and within 15 minutes, problem solved. No issues since and it has been running great. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking to maintain or replace their HVAC system."

"Seven Star Improvement put in a fence for me, and they did an awesome job. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and got it done faster than I expected. The fence is solid and looks great, exactly what I needed. Super easy to work with, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing fencing."

"Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Hired Josh to fix sewer backing up into shower. He diagnosed the problem using camera, explained everything to us. He then did research & discovered utility company bored through our sewer line when installing a transformer. They came & fixed it same day for free. Josh spent a ton of time on this because he's a good, honest guy who thinks that's how plumbing should work. We couldn't agree more. Thanks Josh, will call you again & recommend you to anyone who can benefit from your services."

"Gary came out to the house. He reviewed all of the electrical items on our inspection report. Gave us a quote and was able to come back a couple days later and fix everything. And we had a few outlets that took some time figuring out why they were not working."
