"I'm not unhappy with the service, just wanted to write a review to make it a little more clear that there is a minimum $120 service charge. I was hoping from the reviews I wouldn't have to pay more than $100 like some of the other customers, because the repair man only had to open the top of my dryer, found a bobby pin and put the top back on and it was fine. I'm completely aware that service is service and you can't bend the rules but feeling a little bummed that I paid that much money for something I could have done myself. Ultimately I don't know if I would call them again just because I know of a free lance repairman that charges a lot less."

"After checking with the gas company, it was determined that the gas leak was coming from inside my gas dryer. Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly. He was very personable and I like supporting a young company. He’s very conscientious about his work and I would use his services again for repairs needed."

"Royle and Assistant came to unclog laundry room drain. After they cleaned part of the main line, and worked on the line in the laundry room,  the drain opened up and seemed to be fixed.  However,  a few days later, at about 4 a.m., the drain clogged again and overflowed. Royle and Assistant Dave returned the next day, and did everything necessary to figure out what the real problem was, and provide a solution.  Royle also suggested what might be done to prevent any recurrence of the situation. I now have added Benjamin Franklin to my support team, and will call them in the future.

"We originally took our lawn mower to Nuts and Bolts for repair after it shut off and failed to restart while mowing one day. After 2 weeks of waiting and several different guesses at what the issue might be without an actual diagnosis, Nuts and Bolts finally got back to us and told us that because we had used premium gas in our mower we had corroded the valves in the engine and ruined the engine beyond repair. We decided to get a second opinion and went to Brent. After 3 days with our mower Brent called us back and said he had found the issue. The carburetor had a small crack in it and needed to be replaced. He had researched out the cheapest options for replacement carburetors and even offered to go pick up the carburetor for us for a small $10 fee, more than fair and very much appreciated. Thanks to Brent our 32 year-old mower is still running strong! Brent got back to us quickly, accurately diagnosed the issue, had very fair pricing and saved us from having to buy a new mower! We are so appreciative."
