"This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. "Work was hindered by concrete providers not giving Josh Donigan firm delivery commitments. But once obtained, Josh and crew went to work leveling the area in my yard and pouring the concrete. I can't say enough on his professionalism and communications throughout this project. He is definitely a man of his word and conscientious of doing his job well. "We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight.
