"I am writing as the board president of Providence Gardens Condominiums in St. Louis. We entered into a contract with Chesterfield Fence and Deck (CF&D) in 2018 to remove and replace 38 decks and to update two others. We are very pleased with CF&D's work quality, professionalism and communication. The decks are strong, look terrific and will virtually eliminate the maintenance our prior wood decks required. While we did experience a few issues over the course of the project, CF&D resolved them properly, professionally and in a timely manner. CF&D really continually strived to please us. Many thanks to Ron Clayton (Sales), Dan Riffee (Production) and Melissa Gowen (Production)."

"He did a good work. It was a great experience. We were so happy with them before that we hired them again. It was a good work and a good price."

"Our kitchen was ugly and barely working.   We went to Angie's List and hired Good Neighbors, LLC for a previous job and we hired them again and they gave us an outstanding kitchen remodel.
Good Neighbors had previously done a master bath remodel for us in 2012, which we love!  So when it came time to update and remodel our outdated 30 year old kitchen, we again hired Good Neighbors to do the kitchen remodel.
They gave us a price, they gave us a finish date and they finished within budget and they finished on time.  Impressive!
Our kitchen was a complete demolish from the ceiling to the floor.  We installed new cabinets, new appliances, new lights, granite counter tops and updated the electrical service and the plumbing.   We did a lot.
Our kitchen, as with many older home remodels came with several surprises once the work started.   However, Good Neighbors was able to handle the required fixes flawlessly and perfectly.  Most importantly, we are thrilled with the end result.  Even the building insectors complimented their work.
One point worth mentioning, which we really appreciated, was the fact that the Good Neighbors personnel, Tom, Chris and Caleb showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night.  They never let us down, never left us hanging nor left us a mess to clean up.
The finished kitchen is even better than we had imangined.   Good Neighbors is worth of a glowing recommendation from us and we recommend them for any interior remodel and proudly give them an A."

"Great price, but the quality was lacking.  With everything moved out of the rooms, I was worried about the painter having enough light and asked if he needed me to bring in some work lights.  He said no, he was fine.  Everything looked great when he left, but once we got everything moved back in (lights and all), we could clearly see areas where coverage was lacking.  In both rooms, there are parts of the wall where specks of the underlying color show through.
I guess I can't complain for the price, but next time I'll pay a little more for better attention to detail.
