"Cody showed up on time and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He gave advice and provided me with traps to use at my home. I set up re-occurring treatment with Rescue 1 Pest Control. I would recommend them to everyone because of the services they provide."

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great. They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again. Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.

"II had a raccoon swimming in my pool and several that liked to watch. I called my town animal control to see if they would do anything. Never heard back so I set out traps and actually caught one raccoon. I called my town animal controls and was told I had to either set it free or move it to a separate part of town. I decided to call a professional. (It was a Sunday morning). I called Kyle and he told me he would be at my house about 12:00 noon and would call when he was close. Sure enough to the minute he called and was at my house by 12:00. He transferred the raccoon to his cage and took it away. That night I put out the traps again and caught the second of the three. Again called Kyle (now Monday) and said he would be by to pick it up, but would call for he wasn't sure when. He called and minutes later transferred the raccoon to his cage and took it away. At night we put out the traps again and sure enough caught the third of the three raccoons. Called Kyle again and was at my house that day to remove the final raccoon. He was extremely professional, very polite and even gave me useful information about them.
