"They did excellent work and clean-up. We had one existing egress that was not draining and water would rise more than 6" above the glass on the window. The new wells have no water back up at all! Wells and windows are a year old now and have no leaks or water pooling. The white galvanized wells still look new, no wear or rust. A Safe-T View cover was installed to prevent the kids from falling in and has worked wonderfullly, preventing injuries to the kids playing all around it! Thank you, Thank you!"

"It took some time to get our custom made-to-order window due to glass shortages and Covid, but when the installers arrived they did an amazingly efficient job. In just a few hours one afternoon, they replaced our old leaking window & woodwork with a beautiful triple pane window, and no more leaks. Installers were very professional, polite, and thorough. They even brought treats for our dogs and put up with our German Shepherd's supervision. The price for the window was very competitive, and it comes with a lifetime guarantee."

"Every employee of Innovative Egress was very kind and they were extremely good at explaining the installation process. They charged exactly what they estimated and completed their work in the anticipated amount of time (Less than 8 hrs. to install window!). The foundation of our house began to leak after window installation. They came back and repaired the foundation at no additional cost. It did, however, take them one week to return after we reported the damage."
