Since my house had settled from the original build (14 yrs ago), modification was necessary. Josh took his time, was fully prepared, and I have to admit, it's the best working door at my house! They arrived at 7AM and were all cleaned up and gone by 2PM. They never took a break. They really hustled. My neighbors were all amazed at how fast it went. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Wanted to just do a roof repair in 3 places, but their price and short turnaround for a full roof repair caused me to hire them for complete repair and replacement of Asphalt Shingled roof on our home. They were on the job on day they stated, and were done in 2 1/2 days instead of the 4 days planned. Shingles were of better quality than expected. They had to replace around 2 1/2 sheets of 7/16" OSB that was had gotten wet from the old shingled roof. 1st day all old roofing was off and 2 1/2 sheets of sheathing replaced and the underlayment was applied. Next day and a half - all singles applied and job done."
