"I had a yellow jacket nest under the siding of my home near my backdoor. Multiple attempts at DIY treatment were ineffective. I called Richland Pest and Bee Control and they called me back within an hour. The call was very informative and they arranged for a technician to come to my home later the same day. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and well informed and seemed confident that the treatment was successful. A bit pricey but I would definitely hire them again."

"I previously had hired a different company with extremely high grades and great reviews on Angies List. They talked a good game, charged me good money, and did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. I did not know how bad they were until I called Advanced Pest Control who were excellent in every way. Jessie came out to the house, and in 5 minutes told me more about mice and how to get rid of them than the last company did in two visits. He did an extremely thorough inspection around the entire perimeter of the house indicating possible entry points and, where possible, sealing up or alleviating the issue. He asked me a ton of questions about our home and yard, and provided me a wealth of knowledge, including tips on maintaining the yard to discourage mice. After the inspection, he set traps and bait stations, told me what to look for, and how to clean up the mess the mice had made in my basement. After the initial visit and a couple of follow ups to determine progress, there is zero evidence of any additional mice in the house now going on two years, which is pretty amazing considering how easily they were entering previously. Jessie has since advised that we likely don't even need an annual check up given the lack of evidence now for two years (although I will continue to have him do regular checkups). The price for the initial inspection and treatments and follow up visits were far below the previous company I used. It also helps that Jessie is a great guy, fun to talk to, and is more than willing to impart his extensive knowledge. His office staff are also great and very helpful. I would recommend Advance Pest Control as highly as any contractor I have used in the 10 years I have been in my home"

"Service was prompt and the exterminator was knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately, through no fault of the exterminator, the <br /> pest (in this case, a cat caught in our basement drop ceiling) was not removed. At the time Wildlife Control Services came over, it appeared to all of us that the cat had crawled back out the window and left. Boy were we all wrong! Let me tell you how clever a cat can be at hiding between the walls of a finished basement! <br /> Over a week later we figured out were the cat was hiding and were able to remove it ourselves <br /> I'd use the service again, even though they weren't able to help us this last go-round. <br />"

"I would say they are very expensive. They just keep coming back for more money. So I am not going to use them this year. I have used them for many years but I am getting a little tired of their shenanigans. I will say that they are attentive and they do the job. Basically as far as I can see they are the only people around that do moles so they can charge what they want to and that's not fair. The point is that they come to do something and they will follow up for a month, and you have to re up again. Every time I have to pay them $300 and I am getting tired of this. It just depends on what they are doing. If it is moles it is a continual payments through the summer. Thats where I get a little stingy after awhile. There are a little things you can do on your own to stick in the mole tunnel and it is the same thing the man comes her to do. You can try it. So we are going to try that route, and see if we can do it on our own. For price I am going to give them a low value because I think they are too expensive. They are just taking advantage of being the only kid on the block. Service has to be really good to give people an A. I would not use them again. It is always the same guy, just one person. <br /> <br /> If you knew anything about trying to kill moles you can put something in a mole tunnel and it will kill the mole right there because it is usually one mole that reeks havoc. But then there is another one to take his place and he comes from the woods and starts reeking havoc on your lawn. So this guy comes and checks every now and then to see whats going on."

"Pest control didn’t want to deal with a squirrel possibly in a stove. Larry from All Star Chimney located the squirrel after disconnecting the stove. After several trips to the roof, use of a camera, (and a rope baited with an ear of corn), was able to push it up the chimney with a broom. He cleaned the chimney and installed a chimney cap.
