"Our consultation with Troy was on 3/29/12, we expected to hear back from him with an estimate in 4-5 days but heard nothing until 4/12/12, 2 full weeks later. The estimate was incredibly overpriced ($1075 total with $275 of that just to put the decal and the shelves up). Taking into account  his overall demeanor during the consultation and that it took two weeks to receive a very overpriced estimate, we came away feeling like he just wasn't interested in doing the job. We found someone else outside of Angie's List to complete these projects and others for a much more reasonable price (i.e. decal/shelf install- $80).  When we emailed Troy to tell him we decided to go with someone else, he responded very professionally, which was appreciated."
