"A month or so ago our refrigerator stopped working. DK was the first to respond to my quote request and had someone come out that same afternoon. The repairman was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 15 min. At that time I also asked him to check out the broken ice dispenser, which hadn't been working for quite some time. He also diagnosed that problem, but a new part was needed. That work was scheduled after the part came in and the repair was successful. A few days ago the flap on the ice dispenser stopped closing properly; once again, DK replied promptly to my request and the repairman came within a day and fixed the problem, no charge. DK has consistently been prompt, professional, and very good at communicating. If they say they will call or arrive in a certain time window, that's what happens.
