"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time. "Geo is an excellent handyman and very professional friendly. He took great care for the work I hired him to perform to be done right and on time. His estimates are very fair. He jumped right in with his crew and worked as well. The crew he brought with him were very professional and respectful and also friendly as well and the only time I saw them not working was on their lunch break. Geo was great at making suggestions for things to look and work better. Geo and his crew installed a glass storm door on the front door of my home. He also took care of some wood rot near the bottom on the door frame and replaced it like new. He and his crew installed two new screen doors on the breezeway of my home and replaced the floor metal transition strips.
