"Above all Nick was honest. He explained that the part I managed to break was more of a "child proof" item and not a safety issue. He offered two solutions and explained the cost and pros/cons of each solution. He easily could have sold us a $150+ fix for parts and labor but was honest and explained that we could use it as-is safely. His fee to come out and diagnose the issue was very reasonable and (in my opinion) worth every penny for the peace of mind he afforded us. Kris is the lead technician and has always diagnosed the problems swiftly and usually repairs the problem on the spot, unless a unique part is needed. <br /> For this problem, I needed a new relay board because the relay switch was sticking in the "On" position. Kris showed me a temporary way to resolve the problem, and gave me the option to replace the part for a permanent fix. I chose to have the part replaced. The cost of the part was the same as I could get online, so I was not taken advantage of on parts pricing. <br /> I always come back to DK Appliance because I know I am going to get an honest diagnosis that I can trust and at a fair price. <br />"

"Exceptional service!  AS stated in serviuce performed section. the repair was to a dislodged connection between street sewer pipe and house pipe.  This entailed working from within a cramped crawl space to realign the two pipes by replacing a section with a new piece and replacing the cleanout and coupling.  The pipes are huge from my perspective and not easily dealt with. All in all, the work was completed in about an hour and a half or less, including picking up parts.  All removed porions were removed from crawl space and trashed.   "
