"She does a really good job. She gets rite to work with the cleaning. She changes the sheets and put the old my the washer. She cleans the bathrooms and everything that needs to be done. She is a very professional lady. She wipes down ceiling fans, doors, and a lot of other stuff. We agreed on what needs done ahead of time and she just does what she knows she needs to do. The amount of money depends on the size of the house."

"Brad was great to work with. Very friendly and confident in his work. The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."

"We recently had the water line that feeds into the back of our refrigerator spring a leak that it took a few days to discover. Meanwhile, water was seeping under our hardwood floors in several rooms. We called ABC and they came out very quickly, set up equipment to dry the floors and sheetrock in the walls, and got the process started. They made appointments for each day to come and monitor the drying progress and were always right on time and very professional. They dried up the water and worked with both my insurance carrier, State Farm, and the restoration company that will be replacing the damaged wood. I paid the deductible on my homeowner's policy and ABC took care of everything else. They cleaned up completely after themselves and set every appointment to coincide with my schedule. I can't recommend these guys highly enough - wish that all service companies set and maintained such high standards. Darrell Riley and Evan Willis are the professionals that we worked with at ABC.
