He came out on a Saturday morning even when he had a family emergency to go to later in the day. He was very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He was very honest and upfront with what was going on and the cost of everything. He was unable to get it done with the first snake he brought. He came back on Sunday morning with a more powerful snake and was able to get our drain up and running in 20-30 minutes. Then, he put a camera in our drain and gave his professional opinion on what would be our next step. We will definitely call him again!"
