He made a sound recording and video documenting the problem and sent it to the generator company enabling us to receive new parts under the warranty. He didn't try and upsell us on any unneeded stuff like others in years past try to do (plumbing, electric, mechanic, etc). Thorough, prompt, professional and corrected problem (fingers crossed it will remain fixed)! My experience is that many, with high number of reviews (all categories) are often offering promotiions which are not a bargain when they "find" other problems requiring more work then needed and/or anticipated.
