"This is the second time I have used Puckett Electrical. Both times, I have received timely and professional services. Scott came when he said he would and called ahead to say he was on his way. He quickly replaced a switch and even asked if I wanted beige instead of white to match my custom switch plate. I asked him to diagnose an overhead basement light fixture that had not been working correctly for a long time. He said the ballast was bad and needed replacing. He could have come another time but instead, went to get a new one and came back and fixed the fixture. Scott works efficiently and cleans up after the job. "I called Roger Rooter in quite a panic as my sump pump was malfunctioning and water was everywhere in my basement. He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation. He was very quick to respond, came to my home right away. He and his assistant were quite professional and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their assessment of the cause of the leakage and were able to make the repair immediately. The quality of their products were top notch and at a fair price. I also was concerned with a recent outdoor faucet that had been replaced and asked if he could verify if it was installed properly. He checked the faucet and the value and gave me advise on how to maintain a safe faucet from the elements. I would highly recommend this plumber and will In fact use him again in the future, if need be.

"I had a water leak from the hot water heater and everyone was super helpful and nice! Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. These guys did an amazing job getting my house back to living condition and even while I was in hotel they checked in and gave me plenty of updates on my house! I am very grateful for their help! I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything and consider them like friends!"

"I went in a different direction with somebody else that wasn’t on Angie’s List.  They were professional.  They went through all the stuffs and then they came back the second time and checked on something before doing the quote.  Their quote was the most expensive one compared to the others.  I ended up not doing the boiler.  Overall, they were good.  They did what they were supposed to do.  They showed up, but it actually took a few days and that was because they wanted to come back and check something.  They did respond.  I would consider using them in the future."
