"This is the second time I have used Puckett Electrical. Both times, I have received timely and professional services. Scott came when he said he would and called ahead to say he was on his way. He quickly replaced a switch and even asked if I wanted beige instead of white to match my custom switch plate. I asked him to diagnose an overhead basement light fixture that had not been working correctly for a long time. He said the ballast was bad and needed replacing. He could have come another time but instead, went to get a new one and came back and fixed the fixture. Scott works efficiently and cleans up after the job. Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. These guys did an amazing job getting my house back to living condition and even while I was in hotel they checked in and gave me plenty of updates on my house! I am very grateful for their help! "I went in a different direction with somebody else that wasn’t on Angie’s List.  They were professional.  They went through all the stuffs and then they came back the second time and checked on something before doing the quote.  Their quote was the most expensive one compared to the others.  I ended up not doing the boiler.  Overall, they were good.  They did what they were supposed to do.  They showed up, but it actually took a few days and that was because they wanted to come back and check something.  They did respond.  I would consider using them in the future."
