Austin Putnam's work crew arrived on day scheduled and on time (after calling to say they were on the way), worked diligently but not quietly (jackhammers DO make noise!), explained what they were doing and returned two days later to test the system. Cleaned the work area better than they received it and even put a small amount of cement in the entryway when there was a significant depression . "It was a trip hazard", he observed. It was a pleasure having them around and would definitely recommend them. I deliberately waited to submit this review until I had experienced a significant rain event, and everything was fine. Even heard a soft noise...the sump pump quietly doing its job."

"This goes back a few months and I meant to write this a long time ago... I'll try to remember specifics. <br /> The communication was great. The estimate was no nonsense and very matter of fact, which I like for any type of repair work. George came out and explained what they intended to do for the price and didn't try to inflate the price by performing repairs that weren't deemed necessary. I actually thought the problem was bigger than it was. He seemed trustworthy so we had the work done. We need some more brickwork done in the future and do plan on contacting them for that to get an estimate, too. <br /> <br /> They came out to do the repair within a few days of me accepting the proposal and were here and gone by the time I got home. The only observation I'll make - and in all fairness didn't realize it right away and never contacted them, so, never gave them a chance to respond - was that whatever  concrete/mortar they mixed was done in my yard and some was spilled and left to dry leaving a very hard spot right in the area my kids play. My yard is NOT in great shape and it was less than 10" in diameter. They also left a thin masonry trowel behind in the yard that is actually quite pointy (which I still have lying around somewhere and you can have back!). <br /> <br /> Oh, I forgot one thing so updating. I totally forgot that the chimney cap was attached to the chimney crooked, too. I guess that is my only real "complaint". I never really look up there and just noticed it again after thinking about this review. That actually should be fixed. <br /> <br /> Overall a good experience and would recommend."

"Working with Joe was incredible, he might be a big guy, with a little machine, but he gets the job done, and he does it right! Joe and his crew helped get our kit ready for our dream home. He dug and graded for our foundation, dealt with water issues throughout the lot, and installed our entire septic system. He was easy to work with, thoughtful, and had good ideas. His crew especially Ben and Ian were friendly, smart, and very hard workers. By far they were the most painless contractor I’ve worked with, 10/10 would recommend!"

Not only did he do his work well but he also helped us find people to fix and finish the work on the pool. He also went out of his way to learn how to install our deck jets and diving board.
