A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. They gave me this estimate prior to work being done and explained how the Big Deal worked. The way the Big Deal is advertised could be misleading because as a homeowner I have no idea what the square footage is of the exterior of my home. The price was more than I anticipated, but the price they charged was reasonable and I was satisfied with the work."
