"Richard reached out to us within 30 minutes of contacting him through Angieâ s List on Thanksgiving eve around 8 pm. He came out Thanksgiving mid day , analyzed the problem and fixed our clogged sewer line at a very reasonable price. We gave him a nice tip!"

"Miscommunication: What was communicated over the phone to the company was not clearly communicated to the 2 people who showed up. The hose that they went out and purchased was the wrong size, so they had to go out a second time. They also said the faucet was leaking as well and had to be replaced. Cost was $349 ($150 parts; $150 labor)."

"I would highly recommend this small business to anyone. We had an emergency backup/clog that caused our plumbing to be unusable. Found this business using Angie's List. Within minutes I was contacted and they were able to come within the hour, traveling 20+ miles. Justin was courteous and thorough. He made sure the main was unclogged and that all avenues of water travel were flowing smoothly. He also gave us some suggestions and things to look for. Great service! Great people! Prompt, thorough, courteous. Reasonable rates! Would definitely call again if we need plumbing/drain service."

"Our bathtub drain was starting to drain very slowly in the house we had purchased a few months ago and moved into about a month ago. The bathtub drain did not have an adequate filter on it. The filter just sat on the drain and would come off easily. We used a bottle of liquid plumber to no avail. We actually contacted them through ServiceMagic.dot com. The got back to use within half an hour and were at the house within two hours. They had the job done in fifteen minutes. The tub has been draining fine ever since. Of course we did put in a better filter over the drain. The price was reasonable, from what I have heard. I am a new homeowner and this is my first time hiring a plumber. I have heard horror stories about people not getting back to you and about not showing up when they were supposed to so I was pleasantly surprised. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, their curtsy and their overall professionalism. I would highly recommend them, enough so that I am creating the first entry and review on this company."
