If I even ever see any more seepage, I would call them to fix more cracks. Forget all the expensive water proofing. Get these guys to identify the worst cracks and fix them!!

I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal.
