"I would highly recommend SJM roofers. Shaun responded quickly to an emergency call about a leak in my roof. He repaired it but noticed that my roof was in bad shape overall. He showed me pictures and clearly discussed my options. I chose to have him replace my roof. While stripping the shingles, Shaun and crew noticed a major structural problem over a large section. The plywood, rafters and insulation were rotten and there was black mold. Shaun and crew were able to do this major repair immediately and my roof was completed the same day. The clean up was very thorough. Shaun even came back the next day to check the area in the daylight. My roof looks amazing and my house is safe from mold and leaks. "This was not an easy project as it turned out. It was for half the roof but as it turned out the thing was done. Once the roof was uncovered we found joists that were rotted and required replacement. When checking the other side there was no water and ice barrier at all and had a small rotted place so the whole roof was done. When repairing the roof, either a rotted timber or a human foot came through the ceiling inside. This we had repaired for $750.00 yesterday. Steve was very accommodating in repairing the roof and assisting us in other things. He put on GAF shingles but told us there was not a warranty lifetime nor have we received any paperwork from GAF. We previously had a house done with GAF and received all the necessary paperwork outlining the warranty which was 50 yrs for that one. Just strange."
