"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "I had Groundhog Insulation Pros blow insulation into my attic in Winston-Salem. The three men worked quickly and hard, were polite and very helpful, and cleaned up well afterwards. They did a very good job of plugging air leaks, moving stored items to a small storage area in the attic, then blowing in the insulation. They also put a tent over the attic stairwell - all at a competitive price. I am quite pleased with their work, and got it done just in time for the latest blast of polar air!"

"These guys are great! Tony is very friendly and will tell you like it is. He communicates and follows up to ensure everything is going well. His guys that did the job are very professional and high quality. All of them were nice and put my property and needs over theirs. They even rescheduled due to rain because they didn’t want to get the house wet and it could affect the product install. I hired them for a big job including insulating the room over the garage and adding 4 more inches of insulation in while house. He recovered old insulation in the attic from almost 100years ago and blew in new insulation. In our basement he recovered older poorly installed insulation and took the time to tuck the new rolled insulation under wiring and conduit.
