"We had issues during the first install date that required a second install. A bottom vertical panel was directly on top of an outlet, requiring a cut out by the installer. The other option was to move the entire unit to an unsatisfactory un-centered positon between 2 windows. This was apparently a design issue. The upper unit had to be “cut to fit” by the installer. The center doors on the bottom were the wrong size. The left vertical panel for the shelving unit to the right of the TV had mis-aligned adjustable shelving holes and needed to be replaced. These were apparently production issues. The last two issues required a second install date. We would like to say that our installer, Albert (Ron), was highly professional and very courteous. His skills and attention to detail were deeply appreciated. The finished product does look very nice."
