I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. "It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. "After seeing the Big Deal for a new roof in my email, I contacted JPR and asked for an estimate to see how much overage my house would be, due to size and the steepness of the roof.  Joe came to our house the following day and was wonderful in speaking with us about the possibilities.  We had him include in the estimate, not only the new roof, but also a new guttering system around our entire house.  The estimate he gave was very reasonable.
Joe arranged with us a time to begin work on our home.  When the crew arrived, they got straight to work.  There were several people working on our house and arrangements had already been made with the City of Lawrence for an inspector to come, once the roofing was removed, to check the decking, as indicated by the permit.  Only a few pieces of decking were needed, which they quickly replaced and continued installing the new roof.
 
In the end, the roof looks fabulous, the guttering has already proven itself with the first storm and we are very glad we used JPR.  I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future for other needs.  I would recommend them to others.
