Abode Construction delivered this and more! Scott provides top notch work, respectful and capable crew, quality customer care, and advice, all for a competitive price. His team, from the estimate to changes for the project through completion of the bathrooms, make the client feel valued. Did everything go as planned? Absolutely not. Some events were unavoidable (e.g. supply delays) but some could have been avoided. However, Scott made sure that we were whole at the end of the day and made good on his 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I now have two updated, modern bathrooms that we all LOVE! I will be using Abode Construction for future projects and highly recommend them to others."

"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

"Bent Palm gave me a great quote and completed the project on time. From my perspective, the other key component is that he was able to get approval of all of the various inspections by Montgomery County Maryland on time. Obviously Bent Palm has an ongoing relationship with the county building inspectors and the project was constructed properly and on time. Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding. Not only did he have contractors to do carpentry work, but he had a great electrician and an even better painter. At the end of the day, the project turned out fantastic."

"All the people at Elevate Design and Build were amazing and a pleasure to work with. We doubled the size of our house including tripling the size of the kitchen, knocking out walls to create an open floor plan and added a three car garage with home office over the garage. They even recommended modifications to our original blueprints which were excellent. All their workers friendly and did a first class job. Went totally above and beyond our expectations. One year later we have not had one single problem with any of the work. Total integrity. If any issue came up, the company absorbed the cost - not the customer. Everything they did was done perfectly. We didn't have a single issue or complaint during the entire process. I give them my highest personal recommendation. I would never use anyone else."

"The experience was phenomenal with this contractor. From the start they came out to give me a free estimate to replace my roof, their estimate was cheaper than the competitors. Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof. The workers that came out were very pleasant and professional answering any questions that I had. I have recommended them many times to family and friends. All of those poleple i have recommended elite 4 roofing and remodeling to have been very pleased with thier workmanship and customer service whether it is a roof, siding or any other remodeling needs. He understood the issue and explained to me a few options available to me to address the issues with my basement flooding. The proposal was clear and indicated exactly what and how the work was going to be performed. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress. More important than everything, I already can tell that the repairs to my basement were successful. We have had 2 main rain events since they finished the work and the basement is dry.
