"Rob and his assistant traveled a distance to our home to paint our second floor hallway, spare bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom.  All of these rooms were painted within two days and came out beautifully!  We have furbabies which they worked around so graciously.  They hung various frames, light fixtures and photographs throughout our entire home.  Rob even provided recommendations for drafty doorways and assisted with installing door sweeps which have helped tremendously!  The work was completed in a timely fashion (just in time for Christmas Even dinner) and we look forward to working with them again in the Fall of 2014!!

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"They got back to me very quickly and were willing to meet with me ASAP. I wasn't available since the work that needs to be done is not for a Full Time Home. They sent several pictures of possible (door replacement) solutions. They were very easy to deal with and talk to. I've closed up the house (or at least that entry) for the Winter, but I'm looking forward to working with them in the Spring."
