"We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"On the left side by the garage all of the damaged stucco had to be removed. had to replace the area with plywood. trim also in hardie around 4 windows. Add hardie siding in lap pattern. Caulk and touch paint everything they replaced. On the left/front side very extensive damage Our home is all stucco. termite damage needing all new wood repairs, 0ur home was built in 1937. Repaired overhead on west side with all new wood. the work was IMPECCABLE. the crew very kind and professional,. Our home is beautiful, Mr Santacruz provided a well developed itemized estimate for the repairs and we were able to budget for the costs. I never once questioned the competency of his work or crew. clean up of our property was daily and without hesitation. I am so Thankful and Grateful for him and his crew. arrived timely with no delays and clear communication always. I have no doubt about recommending him to family or friends, He is such an Honorable business Man ."

"It went absolutely great for they had to remove the damage roof m, replace some damage plywood, they added some additional things that weren't there before which made a huge improvement. They pick up and removed all the trash and leftover materials. They did a complete walk around to be sure all trash etc were pickup. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months.
