He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. The price was a bit lower than our other bid, his communication and customer service was outstanding, and we have already shared his contact information with neighbors looking for their own 'deck revival'"
